Tourism Academy: What big initiatives has Adara been focused on lately?
Adara: Adara recently launched a new personalization framework for travel brands called “Customer Yield Intelligence” (CYI). This solution collects more than 30 data points across major travel entities to create a comprehensive, yet completely anonymous view of the traveler. This solution allows for even more targeted reach for travel marketers to generate greater yield and optimize overall revenue.
Another new offering we are rolling out is the Market Monitor, a forward-looking predictive analytics tool to identify your destination’s low demand periods and tactically advertise against to the highest revenue yielding origin cities during those times.
Adara already partners with the top brands in travel, including major hotels, airlines, and booking partners, to power a co-op of travel data. Our organization remains focused on growing its data co-op to continue to offer the best insights into trends and behavior in the industry.
Tourism Academy: Where have you traveled lately and what did you like about visiting?
Adara: The team was recently in Denver for IPW and found the city to be young, hip, and very musical. We found great culinary experiences and appreciated that in Denver outdoor adventure is right at your doorstep.
Tourism Academy: What are you looking forward to checking out in Louisville?
Adara: We hope to get to the batting cages at the Louisville Slugger Museum!
