Travel through Downtown Jacksonville and South Bank effortlessly using the Skyway elevated rail, which offers service every 4 minutes during peak hours (6-9 a.m. and 4-7 p.m.) and every 8 minutes in off-peak hours.

Ride-sharing services, like Lyft and Uber, are convenient for getting to and from Jacksonville International Airport and visiting top attractions throughout the city. Beyond the airport, ride-sharing makes it easy to visit Jacksonville attractions like the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens and Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens without worrying about parking or navigation.

Airport Pick-Up Locations: There is one ride-sharing pick-up point at the airport. Signs labeled “App-Based Ride Service” are located on the Lower Arrival Curb near Baggage Claim at Poles 1 and 2, as well as outside Baggage Claim Door 3 to the right. The airport fee applies to pick-ups only.

St. John's River Taxi

Designed for quick trips around Downtown, bike and scooter rentals are fun, flexible, and convenient. With user-friendly apps, you can easily locate and rent the bikes and scooters, and you have the freedom to drop them off at designated, geofenced corrals. The app also allows you to check the battery levels of the scooters, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Here are the essentials:

Availability: Bikes and scooters are available for rent in various locations throughout Downtown Jacksonville.

Rental Hours: Scooters are available for use from 5:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Scooters are disabled between midnight and 5:00 a.m. daily.

Bus

Get around Jacksonville with the JTA bus system. To reach the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel from the airport, simply hop on the First Coast Flyer Red Line headed toward Downtown and ride until you reach Newnan St & Forsyth St (37 stops). You'll need to walk a short distance after getting off the bus to reach the hotel.

Cost: Regular Fare is $1.75, 1-day pass is $4.50, 3-day pass is $12, and 7-day passes are $20.

Payment: The easiest way to secure your tickets is through the JTA Transit App or the Token Transit App. You may also visit one of these JTA partners upon arrival in Jax to purchase a 1-day, 3-day, or a 7-day pass.
